IRIS is meant to teach youth the basics of applying to jobs and entering the workforce through topics such as resume building, interviewing best practices, and digital professionalism.
Through our work, the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce Foundation aims to empower members of Wisconsin's LGBTQ community and build a stronger community overall.
